Alexander Becker, Chief Operating Officer, Seviceware SE
Dr. Alexander Becker joined Serviceware in 2012 and has been their Chief Operating Officer (COO) since the IPO of Serviceware SE in 2018. In his role as COO, he is responsible for all activities and services along the Customer Lifecycle of Serviceware customers on their journey to implement the Digital Value Model. Alex started his professional career at SAP and then joined McKinsey & Company in the Business Technology Office – today McKinsey Digital. He has a long standing experience in implementing ITFM/TBM solutions at large scale global organizations.

Robert Bracco, Director IT Financial Management, ComSci by Upland
Robert Bracco is the Director of IT Financial Management at ComSci by Upland. He has over 20 years of progressive data experience from accounting to financial planning, corporate allocations and analysis serving various industries (financial services, insurance, information technology, and consulting). Bob has authored multiple white papers and made presentations on the importance of data cleanliness.

Penny Collen, Financial Solutions Architect, Thought Leader, Blogger, and Speaker, PL Collen and Associates
Penny Collen is a nationally recognized speaker, author and thought leader in IT Finance.  She has architected financial solutions for all sizes of enterprises, providing thought leadership for cloud integration planning and impacts, cost transparency, cloud economics, supply and demand forecasting, IT business value, benefits analysis and cost modeling. Her past work in operations and development provides a foundation for business process analysis across a broad spectrum of disciplines, including asset management, service pricing, and software capitalization. Ms. Collen holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska Omaha; an MBA from Creighton University. Eistein Fosli is the visionary Founder and CEO of Open iT, a technology company specializing in software for IT metering and usage tracking for Software, Cloud, and SaaS. Finishing his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science degree at the University of Manchester and his Master of Science in Informatics degree at the University of Oslo, this, and his 30+ years of experience in technology resource optimization, ensuring cost savings, and strategic organizational management are among the things he wants to impart to audiences.

Todd Hall, Global Head of CCR, Chain IQ Group AG
Todd Hall is the Global Head, Contract Compliance and Recovery. He has over 15 years in the IT Finance industry. He previously was at UBS based in Chicago where he managed teams in Chicago, Weehawken New Jersey and Zurich Switzerland. Todd has specialized in setting up standardized expense validation teams and also in the centralization of those teams. He has a very detailed knowledge of the process flows that need to be established and how industry tools can be used to help these processes work. This was demonstrated when he implemented the same type of process that is used for Network expense validation into the Market Data Services area with great success. Prior to UBS, Todd was Vice President of Network Services Finance at Bank One where he managed all aspects of Financial Control for Bank One globally. Todd holds a B.S. degree in Accounting from Franklin University of Columbus Ohio. 

Robert Lee Harris, President, Communications Advantage, Inc.
Robert Lee Harris is President of Communications Advantage, Inc. and founder of Audit the Cloud, a vendor-independent consulting practice specializing in cost analysis, reduction, and optimization of cloud-based services and subscriptions. Robert has been helping enterprise customers to evaluate and deploy technology solutions for twenty years. Robert is a long-time contributor to No Jitter on subjects ranging from IT Cost Management to future technology trends. He has served as Senior Vice President on the Board of Directors of the Society of Communications Technology Consultants (SCTC) and is an SCTC Member.

Peter Hidalgo, Jr., Global Advisory Services Leader, Magic Orange
Pete has over 20 years of industry experience in the Telecom and IT sectors, including serving as the IT Finance Director for three years for Ernst & Young (EY)’ US IT group. He left in 2006 to start his consulting career at Deloitte and later returned to EY in their IT Advisory practice in 2009. During his following eight years there, he built and led the ITFM practice at EY where he developed multiple new ITFM service offerings and helped many CIOs and CFOs in the Fortune 100 improve their ITFM capabilities and also helped them reduce millions of dollars in IT costs. He then returned to his industry roots in 2017 by taking a CIO & COO position with a private equity backed telecommunications company. Pete has now returned to the ITFM arena in 2021 as the Global Advisory Services Leader for Magic Orange, which has a Gartner recognized cost transparency software solution. Pete will be focused on helping his clients achieving their ITFM improvement goals as their trusted advisor. He has also been a frequent and popular presenter at ITFMA. He has an MBA from Columbia University, a BS in Engineering from USMA–West Point, and certification in PMP and ITIL Financial Management.

Billy Howes, Vice President of Solutions Consulting, Calero
Before joining Calero, Billy spent time as Vice President of the Government Managed Mobility Services Division for DMI. Prior to DMI, Billy was a pioneer in developing the enterprise mobility practice at American Airlines, which consisted of establishing trusted partner relationships that support more than 100,000 mobile devices and 200,000 mobile assets. He was recognized as a mobile innovator in 2015 for architecting the first ever Mobile Innovation Center within American Airlines. He has been in the Mobility/Managed Services industry for over 18 years and looks to continue bringing innovative ideas to his customers. Billy spent 8 years in the United States Marine Corps as a Satellite Communications Engineer. He was medical retired in 2003 after being injured in the line of duty while serving his country. His integrity, loyalty, and self-motivation to push innovative solutions is what makes him a great asset to Calero and their customers.

Avital Miller, Corporate Leadership Seminar Facilitator, Avital P.G. Miller
Avital Miller, best-selling author of the books Healing Happens and Practice, inspires people to unlock high energy, emotional intelligence, and leadership skills for purposeful results, greater productivity, and harmonious relationships. Avital is a graduate of Washington University in St. Louis, MO, with a bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering and a major in dance, and almost a graduate of Arizona State University with a bachelor of arts in positive psychology. She is known for offering inspiring wisdom with authenticity, delightful energy, and infectious joy.

Robert Mischianti, Chief Customer Officer, Nicus Software, Inc.
Robert Mischianti is co-founder of Nicus Software, where he currently fills the role of Chief Customer Officer. With over 25 years of ITFM industry experience, he works closely with customers and enjoys promoting and teaching. An award-winning speaker at ITFMA, he loves to inspire, and be inspired, by customers, employees, and industry peers. Mischianti is a Marine Corps veteran who personally enjoys hiking, trail running, and other outdoor activities. He has completed over 25 marathons and even survived a brief obsession with ultra-running. Rob also loves fine dining, quality whiskeys, sports, and of course, his wife and kids. Rob and his wife, Sandra, happily boast accomplishing the impossible. As co-founders of Nicus, they are success partners for life, both at home and in business.

Tim Pietro, TBM CIO Strategic Advisor, Advocate
Tim Pietro has spent his career pioneering new solutions that empower companies to leverage enhanced visibility into their IT spending to redistribute more toward growth and transformation. Tim spent the majority of his 25-year career at Cisco Systems in IT followed by leadership roles at VMware and ServiceNow. He has been a key part of the cross-industry team that developed Technology Business Management (TBM). In addition to his role as VP of Business Development at Rego Consulting, Tim continues to cultivate a strong presence throughout the industry as a member of the TBM Council Steering Committee. He was also recently published in the Amazon best seller, The Next CIO. Tim has attended White House meetings to help support the US CIO on the 2023 TBM Public Sector mandate and continues to support that effort.

Terence Quinlan, Director, IT Financial Management Association
Terence Quinlan founded the profession of IT Financial Management in 1988. He is the founder and director of the IT Financial Management Association (ITFMA), the only professional association for those in the field of IT Financial Management and only provider of certification to members and nonmembers in all ten (10) IT Financial Management disciplines. His 60 years of experience in the financial management of information technology (IT) organizations includes the position of Controller of the Information Services Division at Bank of America. Terry was a frequent speaker on chargeback and other IT financial disciplines. He has written numerous articles on IT financial subjects as well as the book Chargeback and IT Cost Accounting, which is the first comprehensive book on chargeback and cost accounting for IT organizations. He is co-editor with his wife Susan of ITFMA’s Journal of IT Financial Management as well as the books Readings in Chargeback for Information Technology, Readings in IT Financial Management, and More Readings in IT Financial Management. He was the founder and first president of the Association for Management Information in Financial Services. Terry was the first recipient of the Stanley Price Memorial Lectureship Award for excellence in teaching at Golden Gate University in San Francisco. He has MBA and BA degrees in Finance from San Francisco State University. His recent 2025 book (534 pages) Young San Franciscan Sandboxes, From the Mud Grew Lotuses is required reading in a San Francisco history class for seniors at his high school.

Art Yonemoto, President, Yonemoto & Associates
Art Yonemoto has over 20 years of experience in telecom auditing. Prior to starting Yonemoto & Associates, Art worked for 15 years at Rolm/IBM/Siemens (Rolm was an independent company acquired by IBM and divested to Siemens). During his career at Rolm, he held various HQ functions, including MIS Manager, RAC (Rolm Analysis Center) Manager, call accounting service bureau and Strategic Communications Manager. Prior to working at Rolm, he worked for 3 years at Bank of America, in the International Banking MIS group. Art has a Bachelors degree in Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Masters of Business Administration from San Jose State University. He has been co-chairman of the Total Telcom Auditing conference, an annual conference for telecom auditors and customers.
